Upon removing the top end from the XS, everything seamed to be in pretty good shape. The pistons had the usual amount of carbon build up, but nothing a toothbrush wont be able to handle. Next step is to clean the pistons,cylinders & heads, then re-install them with the new gaskets & bolts. After that I'll swap out the stock charging system for a banshee magneto setup.
